High productivity system for welding of cylindrical components

FineWeld is a Class 1 Laser processing system designed for welding round/cylindrical metal components such as sensors and tubes.

The system can be customized to the geometry of the parts using specific tools to hold the parts in place during the process.

The butt welding of two cylindrical parts is performed by rotating the assembly while the Laser beam, using a fixed focusing optic, precisely hits the junction area, melting them together. Quality, speed and limited HAZ – Heat Affected Zone are the key advantages of this technology.
